Long COVID Self-Care Toolkit
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that one in five people who get COVID-19 have lingering symptoms, some of which are severe. Much like the virus itself, the medical community continues to learn more about the condition, commonly referred to as long COVID. Alliant Health Solutions created an easy-to-follow self-care toolkit for patients with the most recognized symptoms and self-care and advocacy recommendations.

What Stays and What Changes: A Fact Sheet Roadmap for Public Health Emergency Transition

The Department of Health and Human Services' (HHS)fact sheet, COVID-19 Public Health Emergency Transition Roadmap, details the planned changes and what will remain the same following ending of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.

For example, access to COVID-19 vaccinations and certain treatments—such as Paxlovid and Lagevrio—and the use of telehealth will generally not be affected. Some mandates for private insurance companies to offer COVID-19 testing at no cost may change. Telehealth visits to prescribe certain controlled substances may change.

HHS has a brief description of the various changes in the fact sheet.
